Dock levellers
Dock levellers
They are designed especially for use on uncovered ramps, but can be used on covered ramps as well. They are suitable for both back and side loading. Operating of hinged bridges is mechanical, but special electro-hydraulic bridges operated by a push button are also available. Side-sliding version of a bridge moves on guiding rolls in a special profile, which is welded to the edge of the ramp, and enables loading and unloading at several stations. Stationary, immovable versions of the bridge are designed to loading and unloading at one station. Dock levellers are supplied with a zinc-coated surface that ensures excellent protection against corrosion. Transitional drive-up part made of light metal segments ensures optimal service even for trucks that have side-tilted loading deck. Safe working load is by default 60 kN.
Sealing collets
Sealing collets are protective devices installed onto the outside of the transloading ramp gate. They are used for tight connection of the truck loading area and the dock interior.
Sealing collets are made of a firm and durable material. They provide full protection of the loading gate against weather conditions and reduce heat loss in the hall. They are suitable for a wide range of trucks.
Sealing collet construction – zinc-coated steel profiles.
Sealing area – plastic material with textile brace.
